SEMAGLUTIDE 3 MONTH PACKAGE

What is included?

First Visit, exam, weight loss labs drawn at our clinic, 24/7 access to us on Spruce Health for your weight loss treatment for 3 months, Access to the Private Facebook Weight Loss group, Personalized daily calorie and carbohydrate goal PLUS nutrition tracker, baseline body measurements

Medications included:   

• 10 Count box of Ondansetron

• Tirzepatide for 3 months (total of 12 weeks of compounded Tirzepatide)

• Bioboost (Vitamin B12 plus a Lipotrophic) for 3 months (total of 12 weeks of Bioboost to augment weight loss and decrease nausea)

• At the end of your 12 weeks, we include a panel of labs to check your progress. These labs are drawn at our clinic.

APPOINTMENT SCHEDULE:

Initial Start Up Visit: Exam, Initial Labs - Receive 4 weeks of medication (2.5mg dosage)

Week 4 Follow-up Visit: Receive 4 weeks of medication (5mg dosage)

Week 8 Follow-up Visit: Receive 4 weeks of medication (5mg dosage)

Week 12 Follow-up Visit: Meet with Physician, Labs are drawn to check progress

Weekly Accountability Weigh In appointments are available as an option

Total Cost: $2100 (Due at first appointment)

Please note:  There is not a monthly fee with this package.  There are no refunds for this package.  If you have given the medication at least 4 doses and you are having significant side effects, please talk with your provider about options to change to a different weight loss medication.
